ParticipantSD_R, could you also ask how long the rest lasts? A reset 3 weeks ago most likley was based on April or March interest rates, which are becoming thing of the past very rapidly (longer term notes). If it reset today, I wonder if the result would be the same.

ParticipantMy seven year ARM was to reset this month. sdr sold my house in April so I missed the reset. I wonder what it would have reset to. Might have come out ahead. That is if my divorce had not finalized in October. 😉

Which is both good in regards to my payments, and bad in regards to houses I was hoping to be buying as REO.
