    I’m looking to speak with some folks who are facing higher payments soon on their adjustable-rate mortgages. We’ve largely moved past the recast period for subprime, and now the wave of Alt-A (low-doc loans for good-credit people) recasts is supposed to be coming.

    A buddy I play hockey with had a 5 year option arm. His loan reset 3 weeks ago. It used to be 5% and it just reset to 4.25%.
