CBad, don’t take it so seriously. I was just responding in jest to Russell over his comment that homeowners have more sex. I assume he said that as an incentive for buying. 😉
My comment is no different than a homeowner claiming to have more pleasure in a house he owns. To such homeowner, the quality of the decorating is better. To him, in a rental, you made do with what’s there staring at you.
