Here in O’side the sewer bill is based on your December-March water consumption. I fixed the old rain sensor for the sprinkler system and coincidentally spent several weeks out of town, which cut my water consumption just enough to drop me into the lowest tier for sewer billing. All that effort saved me … about $10 a month.
