Ok, I’ll take a look at his book. Looks like he wrote a few books.
But since you read the book, maybe you can clarify a few things.
Are the Fed’s debts the same as the National Debt? Or are the debts of the Fed in addition to the National debt? Who did the Fed borrow the money from?
