Not so much.
And another thing, it’s ‘secular’, not ‘secular left’. I have conservative views. Real conservatives would call bullshit on your theocratic rhetoric.
Also, I admire how you partisan shitheads always try to frame it as ‘God’ = ‘right’ (republican) and ‘Anti-God’ = ‘left’ (democrat).
Last 20 years have been spent dividing the country using religion (GOD) and national security (WAR) to consolidate political power for the republican party at the expense of the country.
Divided we fall, no? Good work, lucky. No doubt a trial lawyer.

Yes, I said it. If the original founders wanted to stick religion in the constitution so freaking what. It’s a fundamentally bad idea. However, it’s pretty apparent there was some dissent over the idea. That is not in dispute. So following that logic. Since the ones that did not want it apparently were more successful I will go with them.

Ha.. Being a lawyer you should be familiar with “Correlation does not imply causation”
That being said, I bet you could make a case for number of deaths caused by governing bodies invoking religious or culture superiority over another’s to cause a war for ulterior motives. Actually, I think that is the history of the world.
It’s kind of like how the US using military to spread democracy by the barrel of a gun. Like we are going to bomb and kill our are way to peace on earth. What a cruel joke that works on dolts like you. I bet it’s ok that so many brown muslims died in our 17 year long mega-cide against Iraq.
