Yup, that’s right.
I have been through this many times already. I have rented for the last 20 years, so this process is not new to me.
Thanks, for you encouragement, Doublewide, especially that bit about people with kids and things getting more reasonable in the coming weeks.
I know we will find what we need, we always do, and congratulations on achieving that yourself.
I just felt so bad after leaving that house yesterday. I know someone is going to live there, rent it as is.

I know, that is what I thought when I left.
But gosh, I hope not. I really hope no one agrees to live there for that amount of money. The only way things are going to change, is for people to have more self respect, to stop agreeing to realities that they do not deserve.

Given the location, size of the lot, acceptance of pets and everything else its not a bad deal. Certainly not for everyone but you shouldnt even have gone to look at it based upon the pictures.
