Actually Chase is much easier to deal with on the loans they inherited with WAMU. Its the loans they originated that are the tough ones to deal with.

lol, what does this say about the competency of Chase’s own underwriting staff??
They’re probably “easier to deal with” on the WAMU-originated loans because they “acquired” most of them at a deep discount :=}
