i disagree that doing nothing cannot have an impact. Buying nothing, going nowhere, consuming less, not “doing” as much has a big effect economically, on a personal and global level. When growing high quality pot in CA is legal and they start hanging out with the neighbors and getting high and not hanging out at the mall, well, it does have some kind of impact. So I would say the greatest impact you can have is in doing nothing.

Seriously, I’m not sure that a loser who has to ask for help on how to handle problems with his HOA from the frivolous message posters on this board is capable of action that will result in major change in Washington.
