I think it will have zero effect, because of the bureaucracy involved. There will also be multiple law suits promulgated by mortgage investors and rightfully so. Just keep renting and count the money you are saving. Eventually the Fed will be backed into a corner and have to raise interest rates again to keep from being crushed by rival economic giants.
