Hang in there! I always err on the conservative side so you have realistic expectations. If you make it, it will be a great bonus.
Make sure you have a great lender lined up who can close on time. Even if you get the approval on time, my recent experience has been that most lenders are closing a week or two late. If you arent super confident in your lender (or its BOA), I would check in with HLS. He’ll make you crazy but HE ROCKS!

My lender is ready and my agent has the disclosures for me to sign but it seems that i am going to miss the deadline by about a week or two.
I was looking @ the tax credit requirement, and its the contract + HUD-1. I was wondering, would I be out of line if were to ask for the HUD-1 to be dated before the deadline?
