Really? So would you say that with growth of suburban families to the area…it stands a better chance inthe long run than Cbad? It is alittle confusing with the zip being 92009 (carlsbad) yet the schools are San Deguito…is that part of san marcos?

For elementary schools it’s the Encinitas Union school district. Most of the new developments around Carlsbad have decent elementary schools, but the middle/high schools are not comparable as another poster mentioned when comparing La Costa Canyon to Carlsbad. LCC is considered much better.
