Participantto clarify, the 4S developer is Newland Communities. California West is one of the guest builders.
btw, went back and scanned through most of the purchase prices. generally we are looking at $720k to $780k. remember, CalWest bought these lots for the low $200k, so they did quite well overall with these communities.
btw, these new tracts are overwhelmingly dominated by Chinese buyers, on one street I’m looking at 12/17 are of Mainland Chinese origin.
