Hi Casca… I know the sellers agent is Mike and I think that’s his last name. Works for Lee Mathers or something??? As the buyer Im really on the sidelines but my buddy is my realtor. From what I’ve heard from them and from listening in on some conversations he seems like a real nice fellow.

Hey formerSanDiegan, yeah we moved to Madison WI, and am going to be there for 2 more years while my daughter finishes high school… If we get the house we will be here as well and hopefully move in completely when she goes off to college. I’m buying a house on a lot and am going to renovate/build on it. At least I hope to as long as the US doesn’t do a swan dive…

I wonder where prices will be if the dollar loses half its value!?
