FLU – “Welcome to 2001, when the dot.bomb bust put a lot of not-so-skilled “IT worker” out on the street. Somehow, people couldn’t figure out why html skills no longer qualified as “software work” that commanded six figures. Funny that a lot of these people inevitability became RE “professionals”.
So anyone want to take a stab at what will be the next thing to be doing workwise? We’re going to have a lot of realtors, loan officers, appraisers looking for work. They’re all not going to be saying “May I take your order.” What’s going to be the next easy, good paying job?

Haha, lots of folks are saying that the next bubble will be in commodities. So I guessing something like steel worker?
Not exactly going to be easy, though.
Btw, its also possible unemployment will simply skyrocket.
