I think Pardee owns a lot of the land in CV, MM, and SV. I don’t like their design at all. The tend to have a lot of small rooms and a lot of narrow hall ways. I think they do this because it’s cheaper to build because they can use smaller beams. That’s my guess. But since they own most of the land around here, there’s no competition, so they don’t really need to change.
