Participantyou are correct that wife wasn’t on 1st loan but i always thought credit was merged for FHA qualification purposes whether spouse is on the loan or not.
Depends if you are buying as ‘single’ and/or would be ‘sole owner’. This type of thing can make divorces messy though.

ParticipantOk.. so many points to bring up.
1) be careful of general anesthesia, it has the potential for more side effects and problems than local anesthesia.
2) The success with kids depends upon the quality of the dentist and how well they handle kids. My current dentist is very quick with the procedures and will even tell you and describe what he is doing if you want (at a very detailed level – he used to teach at USC). A previous one was a real pain.
3) Local anesthesia is not needed for temporary teeth because there is no nerve root within the teeth. The sedation is probably to eliminate the squirm factor some kids have. A good pediatric dentist should be able to deal with the squirms without resorting to sedation.
4) Early cavitation in temporary teeth can be the result of the child continually suckling on fruit juice when teething. The constant contact of sugar against the teeth can cause it.
5) Keeping #4 in mind, I would be very careful of dentists that are finding cavities on teeth that have just erupted. Cavities are caused by bacteria. To have cavities on newly erupted teeth would mean that the bacteria that causes cavities would be in the gums.. which would show up as an oral infection and could have some real serious repercussions. The bacteria that causes cavities can also damage heart tissue if it gets into the blood stream. Cavities this early sound almost like make-work. Cavities can generally be seen where they come through the enamel. You will see decalcification which causes the tooth to loose transparency.

You seem to demonstrate being ‘dangerous’ with a little bit of information. Your statements are wildly inaccurate. The following is the chemical structure for Sarin gas:……O……..CH3
……||……./
CH3-P-O-CH
……|……..
……F……..CH3ignore the ‘.’s, I had to use them to align the structure
Which also includes Phosphor (also used in napalm, and incendiary shells.. but also required for human bones which are calcium-phosphate), as well as hydrogen, carbon and oxygen. Are all of these other compounds toxic in themselves? The truth is that the structure is what makes it dangerous, not that there is fluoride in the structure.
NOTE: The protein that causes BSE (bovine spongiform encephalopathy – mad cow disease) and possibly the related CJD (Creutzfeldt Jakob Disease) is the beta pleated sheet structured version of a normally occuring alpha helical structured protein (prion). In this case, they have the same elements, but the structure is different.
Cyanide is just “CN”, one carbon, one nitrogen and very toxic.. so what element makes it toxic? Nitrogen is the most prominent element within the atmosphere, and we are a ‘carbon based’ lifeform…

Participantso I’m now at this person’s mercy. he has since noted that he will not actively aid in exposing my identity. but knowing that this person has enough information to track me down, and knowing that he feels I should be sued, that is enough to bring the blog offline.
Maybe we should sue this individual for the shutdown of what many of us consider a service..?? The lawsuit sword cuts both ways…
