ParticipantI found a neat site that looks at traffic flow.
http://trafficpredict.com/sdcurrent.php
If you click on “historical sd” and pick weekday rush hour times you can see where the freeway is congested. (yellow or cyan)
It might give you an idea of where traffic is heaviest – and in which direction. Which in turn could give you idea of where people are leaving from/going to.
Neat tool.

ParticipantMy husband was given a Weber kettle barbeque over 20 years ago when a neighbor moved. It’s still in good shape despite having never been kept indoors.
We’re also looking at a backyard project and will incorporate the option of keeping the Weber charcoal or a gas bbq. (In other words – nothing permanently mounted).

UCGal…You really should consider shopping on Gymboree online. I’ve been able to find really fashionable stuff that are slightly out of style for less than what you could find on sale at Target. There were these deals for tops and pants that were $6 on gymbo.
Just gotta know where and when to shop…Also, good place for good shoes at discounts are endless.com or zappos.com
usually with free next day shipping, no sales tax, and free return shipping.
I do use Zappos. And I only buy sale items at target… $6 is more than the $5 or $3.88 I typically pay for tops/pants for the kids. And they look ok… at least as stylish as their classmates.
Maybe if I had girls I’d be more into it… Girls clothes are cuter. Boys clothes, even from the high end brands, are boring… You have “preppy”, “sporty”, and “surfer” looks… That’s it. And the boys are in grade school – so shorts and t-shirts are the rule.
Plus – I abhor shopping. Seriously- I may be the only female on the planet that would rather get a root canal than go to the mall to shop for clothes and/or accessories. So to invest time in shopping for designer clothing bargains… nope. Designer labels don’t do it for me. I shop 2x year – get enough shorts/jeans/t-shirts to cover their growth spurts, and I’m done.

Interesting stat. We’re at the mid 150k-<200k range. So that makes us at the top 7%? That's hard to imagine because if we go to the mall, we feel that everybody is making way more than us. I often ask my wife where are this people getting their money to buy expensive bags and clothes.
People buy expensive shit they don't need, using credit, every day.
See the thread on viral strategic defaults, etc.
Looking around my coworkers - I am shocked how many are underfunding retirement and carry credit card balances with pretty decent engineering salaries. It's because they're at the mall spending money... those are the folks you're seeing.
