IMO probably a larger percent in LA
When this is all said and done I think it will result in boy cried wolf syndrome and voter backlash, it could have been done IMO with a lot less drastic measures in SoCal.
In LA the big surge never came, they have at least 1000 empty beds.
Testing “everyone all the time” is never going to happen (we would still be here 2 years from now) IMO.
At some point we open the country with some reasonable guide lines or we are done as a country.
