Got on late, seems like they were screening their calls or something , Did not hear anything but bulls view, maybe I missed it, but nothing about record inventory or forclosers in anything that I heard.

Ho well to be expected I think from a station that sell ad’s that is.

H&R Block shares tumble on mortgage woes

NEW YORK (Reuters) – Shares of H&R Block Inc. (NYSE:HRB – News) sank 11 percent on Friday as the largest U.S. tax preparer warned of losses at its struggling mortgage unit, and UBS downgraded the stock to “neutral.”

The company said it would take a charge of $61.3 million, or 19 cents a share, to reflect an increase in the number of its subprime mortgage customers falling behind on their loan payments.

H&R Block’s woes will likely extend to other subprime lenders, analysts said, as borrowers with less-than-stellar credit histories struggle to keep up their payments as rates rise.

Hey I lived in Valencia (owned a house), Bought a Mc-Manson
in Temecula in 2002 (thought Valencia was way overpriced in 2002), somehow managed to hold onto the Valencia house until December 2004, sold it (paid for my Mc-Manson and then some) and have been waiting for SD to crash (or Ventura maybe) to buy something there, will not sell the Temecula house (got in cheap I think) So you can be a North LA, SD guy.

I still work in North L.A. (work at home some, stay at a friends during the week)
