ParticipantOur broker told us we had to wait 6 months after the last refi- if we wanted to refi again, but that’s about the limit of my experience with this.

ParticipantI blame the Euro…
I think the only problem is everyone is still conditioned at some level to expect wage inflation, only it never seems to happen anymore for most.
From the 60’s until about the time the euro was created in January 1999 or so there was anything form high to very high inflation (+5% at least)
So I blame the Euro…
Poor Spain, tied to the dollar until 2002 they were condition to expect high inflation,
In Spain it is almost impossible to walk away or declare bankruptcy.

But we actually get quite a bit of rain at times, trouble is it all comes at once, what we need is more dams.
In the seventies they were having some success with cloud seeding.

ParticipantHaving FB and GRPN take the lead today is not inspiring me,
Course I have been out of the market all year so that is not saying much.
I went to the Pechanga Golf course (The Journey at Pechanga) yesterday (father’s day) and the place was deserted.
There is talk of Ferrari owners filling with regular gasoline.
Things are bad I tell you..

ParticipantThe euro-zone economy is about 17 trillion dollars, the U.S.A. economy is about 15 Trillion dollars.
China’s GDP is about 6 Trillion dollars.
Anyone saying the euro-zone does not matter obviously did not look at the above stats. -
