Anyways yes any agreement you want to make with a buyers agent regarding that is best to be put in writing. It really depends on how much you trust the agent. Also there are complexities in how the rebate gets back to you from the agent that you need to work out with them.
In terms of who should get how much? Well that is up to you to negotiate. I guess it depends on how much work that agent has done for you.

As far as westview goes I “heard” and take that with a grain of salt, that Westview is pretty impacted and that kids were being directed back to Mt Carmel. This is a TOTALLY UNRELIABLE RUMOR so that is why I asked Manmom to comment as she is in tune with the goings on there much more then I. Just make sure your friend checks with Westview. The source I heard this from was one of my wifes clients so the reliability is 50/50 at best.
