Can anyone educate me on Rancho Bernardo

Looking at RB since it is mid-point to our job locations. We want 4+ beds and 2500 sq ft. 4S looks good even with MR, some houses as low as 680K. Older houses in the 650K. I’m going to offer 15-20% off of list and expect to get what I want for $600K. Any advice on this area?

May not be a bad choice to get in there at 4S Ranch with that offer around 600K to get 2500sqft and 4 Bedroom. It is then better choice to get those kind of offerins – good luck

You know, have you considered the  newer parts of Rancho Penqs, along the 56 corridor? I personally like that area because  homes are pretty new. And I've seen a few places that were selling about high $600k, to low $700k  for about 2400sqft. I don't know this area too well, but it seems like it's pretty up and coming. I guess though there's probably mello roos.
