ParticipantOne life lesson I taught my kids is always read the fine print. The way I taught this is whenever I read them a book, from age 2 and up, we always always always read the copyright and publishing info page first.

ParticipantI don’t think it’s the showing up per se, but a feeling of healthy connectedness. Showing up might be part of it but it could manifest in other ways. I can’t help believing that really listening to kids and connecting with what’s going on in their heads is probably predictive of better outcomes.

ParticipantWhat about people who aren’t nigh net worth but who are clearly good people to have a judgment against?
Is there any landscape shift that could make judicial foreclosures more desireable in the future?
After all I think strategic defaults were unthinkable not too long ago

ParticipantSpeaking for myself, generally I capitulate.
Still bearish in general.
However I am bullish on my own growth. I think I will see 15 percent body mass growth in 2012. Lower growth thereafter.
