I wish I had a before photo, but it was like a 34w 37 chest, soft, no definition.
Now we’re around 31w 40.5 chest. Shoulders much bigger. They were nothing.
Id like to be 30 w 42 inch chest and have shoulders like a gymnast. At least that’s my goal.

Internal and external obliques are I think two muscles. Wikipedia agrees. But I’m actually referring to the outer muscle traverse abdominis.
That outer muscle atop the hip bone by the side. Mine is larger than expected. I also have disproportionately large and finely tuned knees. The remainder is unimpressive.

If only Carlos danger had focused above the waist the political fallout would’ve been less.
I don’t think those are love handles, I have strangely large and strong obliques.

interesting sidenote; many years of cycling and runing and i still had high triglycerides and not enough “good” cholesterol. weightlifting the last two years slashed the triglycerides and greatly increased the good cholesterol. weird…diet oved toward a lot of powdered protein and water,,,also “raw meal”, powdered plant protein product…

nope. i’m definitely still safely in the lower middle of the BMI chart. I’d need to lose another 10 lbs to get into the “underweight” category. and i don’t think i can really get any ab definition without another 5 lb loss…
my weightlifting routine has kind of morphed into the “eclectic” category. Primarily, I carry 90 lbs of weights up and down stairs as fast as I can; swing heavy steel bars of varying weights around in odd ways to simulate work witha sledgehammer, a shovel, other implements…. front squat with sandbags; and do lots and lots of pullups and dips.

ParticipantThe zillow valuation on our place went up 45percent from the time I first unsuccessfully tried to refinance to now. Kinda fast … I like it here either way, but I gotta admit its fun to have more equity. Although my assumption is its not real and will vanish any moment.
Just blips on a screen that’s all it is.
