Breeze, I for one am thankful for SDR and his brokerage. Those of us that sold and are currently renting needed someone to handle the paperwork…and he did it for less than the competition.

Sure he slams his credit rating, but we all know that your credit rating is all based on your credit to debt ratio…and if you don’t have any debt, and you’re all about cash, then who needs a good credit rating?
By the time this thing turns around, any damage done to your credit rating would be erased anyhow.I don’t want to speak for jp…but that’s what I thought he was saying.

RockemsockParticipantWow, before this thread gets completely off-topic, I can tell you that I found out that they originally were offered $750 by the bank, and my friends responded by saying how about 2 months rent. The bank said “We’ll give you 2 mo. rent but that’s all, and we don’t negotiate, and this is our last offer, and we need to know by tomorrow afternoon”. My friend said they were very unfriendly in their correspondence…not all that surprising when you consider that the banks aren’t exactly sitting pretty these days.
