ParticipantIs really there a such thing ? I thought homeownership cost is usually 2X of rent in most of middle to high end San Diego area. Not to mention the LJ.

ParticipantThe agent that show you the houses are paid by salary. They are paid no matter if you close the deal with redfin or not.
I am not sure about how they paid their leading agent who does the negotiattion your offer with seller.
