You could take all the homeless of america, say
“We will give you houses for a dollar, you have to take care of them,
we give you an 800 dollar SSI payment, we provide some form of
alcohol and drug rehab. Screw your act together, form a future,
we will give you a start”.At the rate people are roaring out of Flint, why not?
Take all those unemployed Veterans too, offer them the same deal.
