ParticipantSD Realtor and Localguy, you guys seem to like Stonebridge. Why is Stonebridge cheaper than old Scripps? how do you think about the School District? Some people say that the school district of Stonebridge may be reclassified from Poway to SD District. Do you know more about this? Is this a major factor for why Stonebridge is relatively cheaper than old Scripps? I just want to know more about Stonebridge. thanks.

Participant
I also think they got the best value in terms of dollar/square feet that won’t happen again. There won’t be homes like that.
just wait another 2 years, and check this again.

Participantpatientrenter, you draw your conclusion too quickly by assuming that hyperinflation is or will soon occur.
What I’m seeing instead is DEflation worldwide, not inflation, nor hyperinflation. I believe in short term, more DEflation will occur. We will have plain time to see housing price drop to a much lower level before it starts to increase again. Sure US is not Japan. But there are a lot of similarities.
I believe most people, including most piggs, will be surprised by how low the housing price will go.
