ParticipantIf money is supposedly flowing out of emerging markets into US equities, why have the US market(s) taken such a big hit this year?

IIRC, you’ve linked that before.
I’ve linked to that person, but that was a new video.
I think he has a good message if he – as you elude to – could drop the ethnic/religious stuff. His message would get even more traction.
Milton L. Kapner✡ (born 5 September 1950), also known as Brother Nathanael, is a writer, political and religious activist from the United States. Born to a Jewish family, Kapner was drawn to the figure of Jesus Christ and after a time around the Jews for Jesus movement, converted to Orthodox Christianity in 1988.
Kapner is best known for his activism on the internet. Part of the Brother Nathaniel Foundation, he has become prominent in the social media through his short and effective videos on YouTube which cover the same topics and have received millions of views. This has seen Kapner become a prominent figures in the alternative media, far beyond traditionalist Orthodox circles. He has featured on the websites of Rense and The Ugly Truth.

We are in agreement on this.
So, why are you fighting on their behalf?
This short video just landed in my inbox, any thoughts?
(talks about the feds…)

As you’ve been told before, it sounds like you need to organize. ;)
Agreed, but any attempt to organize will be crushed by the authoritarian global elite (85 families as I understand…). Look what happened to the Occupier’s.
It sickens me at times that a bankster on wall street can make more in one year than most will make in their entire lives.

“If we could roll everything back to say ~1995 levels — all wealth, income, purchasing power, pension benefits (and contributions), etc. — we would be much better off.”
I really don’t think that is likely to happen.
Definitely not likely to happen. Joe Sixpack would gain too much at the expense of the financial elite; therefore, it won’t happen. Doesn’t mean we can’t wish for it. :)
Hell I’d settle for 2005, I would:
*Have my pension back
*Get my sick time back
*Double my holidays
*Nearly double vacation time
*Much better health benefitsand on and on…

ParticipantAre there deflationary signals right now? In the bond market maybe?

ParticipantCapital Controls at HSBC:
Following research last week suggesting that HSBC has a major capital shortfall, the fact that several farmer’s co-ops were unable to pay back depositors in China, and, of course, the liquidity crisis in China itself, news from The BBC that HSBC is imposing restrictions on large cash withdrawals raising a number of red flags. The BBC reports that some HSBC customers have been prevented from withdrawing large amounts of cash because they could not provide evidence of why they wanted it. HSBC admitted it has not informed customers of the change in policy, which was implemented in November for their own good: “We ask our customers about the purpose of large cash withdrawals when they are unusual… the reason being we have an obligation to protect our customers, and to minimize the opportunity for financial crime.” As one customer responded: “you shouldn’t have to explain to your bank why you want that money. It’s not theirs, it’s yours.”

ParticipantHarry Dent: Market will top out this spring, followed by a 6 year bear market. Dow could go to 5k.
But then he also stated dow 40k by 2008.
I’m hearing that emerging market currencies are falling hard against the dollar – not sure what that all means.

Participant
What’s your obsession with Orange County hatred?
I must admit I got some of this from kfi, but there are any numbers of reasons why OC is a shit hole. To begin with, I have no doubt if Hitler were to choose somewhere to live in the US it would be OC (yes, I invoked godwin’s law).
As was discussed on kfi, OC loves their cops. Why? Because cops do the cleansing OC residents yearn for: cleansing OC of the homeless/mentally ill, cleansing the OC of minorities, ethnic cleansing. Maybe not on a large scale basis, but it’s there…and no it’s not every one in OC and my comment is a generalization, because I think it’s generally true.
This entire trial was a sham:
1. The trial should have been moved to a different county.
2. A special prosecutor should have been appointed to try this case, that didn’t happen because the trial was always meant to be a choreographed sham.
BTW, when you’re in OC make damn sure you’re papers are in order.
