ParticipantActually I have one. It works pretty well, but is kind of weird at first.
Yogi’s swear by them, I always forget about using it, but now that you have reminded me, maybe it will help my sinuses that are killing me, lol.
Make sure that you use sea salt and not iodized salt, that will really hurt I hear.
