ParticipantThe guy is going to let someone dig up the flag stone and take it for $3000.LOL.
We could pick a really, really nice vacant but beautifully staged house for the meet and greet and I’ll bring my lock box key. We could get it catered and say it’s a marketing deal.
Pablo, sorry for messing up the story about you name coming from a comic book. That was Porky Delgardo. Interesting however, not only do you have the esq., the bar is there as well. I meant to be helpful but it was probably one of my many etiquette mess ups.
If you don’t mind saying do you work in real estate law?

ParticipantThe guy can’t spell for sh*t, maybe that’s his first problem. Second why would one need a sit down mower of like that for a yard that size?
Maybe if got a little more excercise he could get the blood flowing to his little brain.-

GuestA friend of mine dated a girl that somehow was able to purchase more homes than she could ever afford. She had at least 3 homes, but made about $35k working at Raytheon. I helped her move some of her junk out one of the homes that had been foreclosed on. The house was full of stuff. Partially finished bathroom remodels, new kitchen cabinets, etc. My friend loaded up his truck with a fair amount of tile that was never installed. It was a shame to see the condition of the house – a complete waste. The girl was Philipino, had been talked into these purchases by a Philipino agent who exclusively used a Philipino mortgage broker. It appeared to be quite prevalent in that particular community. She no longer owns any of the homes, but does have a BMW Z3 that she purchased after refinancing one of the homes. Now she rents a condo in El Cajon.
Rustico, that’s funny – I didn’t even see your post. No problemo, anyway. I mainly practice business/contractual litigation. Some of the cases occasionally involve disputes over real estate, but I dont’ specialize in that field.
