ParticipantArty. I am just goofing around with drunkle and failing at a recent pledge I made to behave myself on the blog.
I absolutely blame the Fed and every branch and agency of the federal government that has anything to do with housing, finance, the economy.Where are the whistle blowers when you need them? It absolutely would not be circumspect to go too partisan on this issue,IMO although certainly, it has now become political.NotCranky

ParticipantI am trying to come up with a name and someone to dedicate it to, as is the custom.
Maybe, Bastard Step Children of the Bubble Blog or something like that.
From the Realtor to the poor disenfranchised and unable to buy anything,in dedication to our friends at section 8?
Post a sign at the front door “Libs Only”. OOPS,That reminds me to throw Hillcrest in too. No the “LIBS” thing won’t work, I think my gay friend’s wife is a republican. There’s that little pocket by Morely field there.
Perhaps you have some idea that won’t lead people to think I am “wacky”? Well, at least I proved I know the neighorhood.

ParticipantThanks new renter. Thanks for forgiving my antics of early on. As far as smart Realtors knowing how to get a client to set the price goes I don’t know…It seems at least as important to get lucky and find a seller that is ready and able to listen to a message or strategy that isn’t really that complicated.
MPO, Jamul works for me. I don’t remember implying that I was in some “to die for” location. What is your concern with the “location value” of where I live?
