1.5 * 350k = 525 K525/0.65=807 K
with this price, u can find decent SFH in 92009 or
SEH, or even 92011.BUT, the key is: how many family having income
350K ? don’t tell me those “Plenty of people” are all
CEO, CFO, lawyer, doctor, etc.sdr, now I find u r really a realtor !!
