I rented on that street back in the 90’s. This house is probably far enough from I-5 to avoid freeway noise. A decent hood but close to the 92024 bario. The picture of the back patio screams water damage and poor grading but for $406 the buyer can afford to do some work to fix that.

We know they had plans on the table last spring to intervene, it’s only a matter of a few phone calls before they execute the plan and the yen magically climbs back to 105+.
