Sold my Encinitas dump to some poor sucker in 2005. Started googling “San Diego Real Estate Bubble” and came across this site. Back then had no idea the size of the real estate bubble and the eventual impact it would have on the world economy I hate my login name, it makes me sound like a realtor and I always forget it.
