Could really screw things up if a chain of transactions depend on each other to go through such as contingencies to buy in order to sell, with 3 places contingent the middle person could end up with 2 mortgages. What is the highest order of contingencies realtors on here have heard of? I could definitely see why some people might have cold feet buying right now with prices high compared to the general economy, a little harder to understand why one wouldn’t want to sell.
moneymakerParticipantI’m about to do the timing belt on my 2002 VW Jetta TDI. Instead of taking the front of the car out I just need to lift the engine. Makes me wish I had my grandpas old 1960’s F-100. Dealers want 1000-1800 to do it and since it is supposed to be done every 80,000 miles I guess I need to learn to do it myself.
moneymakerParticipantIf it is 16 years old may be time for a new catalytic converter, did this for my 1988 Jeep and it passed easily with flying colors. Need to look at the test results for NOx CO and hydrocarbons.
moneymakerParticipantIf both Trump and Bernie are not nominated do either of them have a chance as write in candidates? It really bothers me that so many people vote party line without even thinking about what the candidates stand for.
moneymakerParticipantSo who was shooting at them? 2 ladies delivering newspapers?
moneymakerParticipantDo you cast with chrome cast, I don’t think my chrome cast is HD. Who knows I might get off early!
moneymakerParticipantWhat’s up with the word wrap for this topic? Makes it harder to read.
moneymakerParticipantAnother thing I just noticed about the listing in market overview on sdlookup.com for 92106 is that the houses plus condos don’t always equal the total number for inventory. Driving around I saw quite a few streets with 2 houses for sale on them.
moneymakerParticipantBefore baking it in the oven check for a loose ribbon cable, that’s what was wrong with my 47″ TV, simple fix.
moneymakerParticipantI have bought at san diego coin and bullion http://www.sandiegocoin.com/

In China, a few officials would probably get executed over something like this.[/quote]I think most places in China probably have at least the 27 ppb that Flint has in their drinking water already and nobody is saying anything. Seems to me that most everything from China sold in CA has a lead warning on it, yet they still sell it! China mines over half of the worlds lead every year and they use 44.5% of lead used in the world.
moneymakerParticipantAt least it wasn’t hexavalent chromium, like in the movie Erin Brockovich. It’s an oxidation inhibitor I think. Causes cancer but lead is pretty bad too. Pretty sure my RO system filters out both of these things.
moneymakerParticipantMaybe it has to do with the proposed flight path change?
moneymakerParticipantGood idea flu, as usual I was early getting back in, might explain why I don’t play any musical instruments, I have horrible timing. OK new Charger prediction, they will go to LA, realize in 20 years they made a mistake ,then come back to San Diego.
I bought raffle tickets for a house I can’t afford the taxes on, hopefully I will not win the house (maybe just a car, since my newest one is 10 years old). I think their vacation packages are wrong, the Bali vacation for 10 should be valued at $25,000 not $5,000 and the Rio de Janeiro should be $5,000 not $25,000 -
