ParticipantWhat decision? Looks like the waffler-in-chief couldn’t make one. Thought, not unexpectedly, he’s taking credit for the positive outcome.

Participant

There’s plenty of people that don’t share your viewpoint and if you were to TEACH the subject matter that borrowing at 20%APR on a credit card is BAD, there is probably some J6P that doesn’t think that’s the case and there probably some other person who knows it’s bad but can’t help it for whatever reasons.
The problem with right-wing folks is that they are afraid of their kids contradicting them through learning in school.
They want to keep their kids narrow-minded just like them.
Right-wing parents blow gaskets when their kids come home and tell them about something that is contrary to the parents’ beliefs or behavior.
Imagine a boy coming home from school and asking his right-wing dad about gay marriage (a current topic of debate). The dad would start fuming and cussing. Next thing you know, the next morning, he’ll be confronting the teacher in the schoolyard.
Brian: REALLY?!? Tell me you posted this with a straight face?
Whether you realize it or not, you are one of the most bigoted, narrow-minded people on this board.
You paint with a very broad brush, and literally ignore any viewpoint that doesn’t exactly correspond to your own. What does that sound like, Brian? Open-mindedness?
Give me a friggin’ break! Among my “right-wing” friends, you would not last an instant in an open debate. You would get friggin’ crushed, especially if you got called out on facts, which you seem to have a huge aversion to.
You trash fat people, Christians, “red necks”, women and the “right-wing”, all while maintaining the Leftist hauteur that you’re somehow smarter or more well-educated. Smart, well-educated people are open-minded and able to see the truth, regardless of its flavor.
You want to change the world for the better and make it more understanding and caring? Start with yourself.
This brought a tear to my eye…I LOVE YOU MAN! 😀
