JPJonesParticipantGeneralization or not, the Raider fan’s rowdy reputation is well earned. Having lived 1/4 mile from the stadium for the past 6 years, the lack of their typical disruptive presence after yesterday’s game was a welcomed change.

JPJonesParticipantThis sounds a lot like what happened to the IT industry after that bubble burst. Lazy techs demanding outrageous salaries were forced to adjust or find new careers. I’ve always wondered how many of them ended up in flavor-of-the-month RE-related fields.
JPJonesParticipant“You” is normally spelled with 3 letters. If you want to be taken seriously, you might consider trying it.
JPJonesParticipantI think SDR touched an important point, in that we are wading towards what is perceived as the slowest season in RE sales. JPJonesParticipantYeah, I got the exact same canned response. I don’t doubt that they have a bot setup to auto-reply with that e-mail.

JPJonesParticipantWhat’s with the $399,888 bottom end on a bunch of recent price drops? This was the 6th one in the last week.
