ParticipantWhat is your source for “1 in 4 chinese are illiterate or semi-illiterate” comment?
hs
ParticipantYou don’t know the Chinese. They are too busy to make their money to improve their own life of living.
BTW, why our government let them buy our debt? You should tell Bush to stop owning too much debt to the Chinese.

ParticipantIf rent continues to go up, that is bad for us. People won’t want to rent because they are too expensive and they will continue to buy houses. Then the housing price will never go down.
Can this continue? If there are too many houses on the market can not be sold, the owners may rent them out. If that is the case, rent shouldn’t go up.Could this be the game the RE association are playing now in order to get people to buy?

ParticipantWhy you guys used” my assigned agent”? Did you sign contract with him(her)?
I have an agent who has been sending me listings everyday since last year, although I had told her we are not planning to buy. Does that mean she is my “assigned agent”? I didn’t sign any contract with her.

ParticipantPD, Please do not drag me into your fight. I do not wish to see HS on your post again.
As a spouse, with my husband’s more than 20 years military service, I love this country and have always supported the military, but I don’t like Iraq war, period!
Please leave me alone.

Participant“Every thinking person got out.” I have never used that sentence. It is your own interpretation. Again, YOU are the one who made that statement. You shouldn’t twist other people’s statements.

Participant“As for all thinking people getting out, I am amazed at that statement.”
Nobody ever made this statement. You made it. You should be amazed by yourself.

ParticipantI am glad to see most people on this board have brains and use their brains to think. Unfortunately US president does not have a brain. He does whatever Cheney and Rumy tell him. Too bad he is surrounded by those arrogant and bully people.
Again, they are leading this country in the wrong direction.
Lostkitty, I am in the same boat as you are. I am glad we are out, too. -
