ParticipantI’m back, as usual Vegas took all my money but I had a good time none the less.
I did notice rows of empty houses on the drive in. About every 3rd house that you can see from the freeway looks empty (no curtains, no furniture etc). The NAR is running ads on the radio telling everyone that it’s a great time to buy because there has never been more homes to choose from and that 40% of them are empty and ready to move into. I almost pee’d myself laughing when I heard that ad.

ParticipantI’ve found a few under $90 sq/ft in San Jacinto. Around 100 sq/ft is easy to find in Hemet, San Jacinto, Lake Elsinore, Perris, Menifee etc.
You could buy a really nice (large) home for around $100 sq/ft in Riverside or Corona for around $100 sq/ft in 2002/2003.
