ParticipantWow, if Wildomar is at $100 sqft, then it’s only a matter of months before Murrieta and Temecula get there
Months? Nah, hours. I looked around a little more and found one under $100psf inside the city limits of Murrieta. 1/4 acre lot to boot.

ParticipantJust got an email from KB Homes, they reduced the price of their Shady Grove homes in Fallbrook by 50K
It is a “Fire Sale”. No harm intended.

ParticipantI’ve found a few under $90 sq/ft in San Jacinto. Around 100 sq/ft is easy to find in Hemet, San Jacinto, Lake Elsinore, Perris, Menifee etc.
You could buy a really nice (large) home for around $100 sq/ft in Riverside or Corona for around $100 sq/ft in 2002/2003.
