What’s the least risk position? Good question.
That is the question. In my feable mind the answer is increasingly turns to be diet, exercise, and sunlight (vitamin D).
I work really hard at getting my son to wash his hands and keeping them out of his mouth but, that’s what kids do.
creechrrParticipantI understand there is a great deal of concern about N1H1 but, why? The death rate has been less than 0.1 percent globally.

As a father I want to ensure my son has the best chances of survival but, I’m just as concerned about what the long term effects of the vaccine could be. This thing seems to have been rushed out into production. We don’t really know what side effects if any will be present and to whom.
The local news (channel 8, I think) recently ran a story about a mother going to get her children vaccinated at Balboa Hospital but, changing her mind once she learned that the version offered there contained a very smalll amount of mercury. Her concern was that mercury has been linked to Autism.
I acknowledge that I’m pretty skeptical by nature. As such, one of my first thoughts is who has something to gain by the hype associated with N1H1?
This all feels similar to TARP/Bailout BS that we experienced last year and the Terror Threat Color thingy we experienced after 9/11.

I concur, in spirit. I just don’t understand the fascination.
I get the feeling there are a significant number of households that have chosen to pass on the mortgage payments. Without any housing expenses they are able to keep up the lifestyle front.
It seems as though just about everyone knows atleast one person that stopped paying and are living well.

creechrrParticipant
One does not have to be a Pigg to read the posts here, just to post a respoonse. My point is in reference to fiscal conservatives who are in favor of policies and programs that benifit the well-heeled and investor class but anything that benifits working class stiffs incites moral outrage and claims of socialism. Investors pay only 15% on capital gains… what’s wrong with a little tax credit for first time home buyers?
I’m in agreement with some of your views but, on tax credit, I believe your logic is flawed. The tax credit doesn’t help those looking to buy a house. It helps those looking to sell. The credit has created artificial demand, which creates an artificial price floor.
