ParticipantOC is much more expensive so keep that in mind. I lived there for 20 + yrs before moving down here and things were so cheap down here when I bought it shocked me. If you compare comparable products you are going to pay more up there even with the crash.

Why is it that people cannot accept that things are going to be ok?
This theory is based on no facts at all and flies in the face of a over 100 year record of rising prices. Bad news and scare tactics sells tickets, but won’t make you any money. This dip we are experiencing is a buying opportunity, not right here exactly, but very soon.

ParticipantCommercials are not buying enough into this decline to make it a buy yet, so my March low call does not appear to be accurate at this point. Time will tell but for now the trend is down. If the commercials shift over to the long side between now and May I will load the boat on the long side, but stay in cash until that happens.
