Participantnccoastalseller there are much worse buys over on Playa Riviera in terms of price per square foot.
Sure it’s not quite as close to I-5 due to the storage place but it is still loud and people asking closer to 500K for dumps (if you ask me anyway). I mean dumps in the sense that they haven’t bothered to polish the turd so there is more to put in. You can’t tell me Playa Riviera is worth 80K more than that area.
Now regarding this house I used the Sdlookup map and didn’t realize this was down in that area right on I-5. So I agree, crappy buy.
I would still like to see some of the PPSF figures get well under $300 like this one. Cardiff hasn’t had many sales recently (according to SDLookup) so it’s hard to say what effect it will have.

Really with the location and the BR/BA/Sq. Ft. situation I was expecting trash at that price. There are some junkers on the other side of Birmingham asking for way more than this one that are not even staged and will require more work. That’s why I’d like see a little comp reset happen, but I am skeptical as to whether it occurs.
