Participant
Yep definitely a right wing whack job and it is sad to see.
Are you sure about that?
Tea Partier’s typically do not have US Flag burning videos as their favorite YouTube video. Nor does the typical Tea Partier proudly list Mein Kampf and the Communist Manifesto among favorite books.
No I think we have a very disturbed individual that may not fit neatly into being a lefty or righty nut job but I am sure more will come out.

ParticipantHere in Fla my agent is really against submitting but has said repeatedly that they will do it. They are just clear that it could take up to 6 mos. (sometimes more sometimes less) and at the end you may end up disappointed. That is sometimes they are priced to solicit as many bids as possible. So basically I’ve avoid all short sale listed homes and ironically of the houses we liked most was a short.
Frankly I have toured some really nice houses that just sit, so the market is strange here. On the one hand a good property moves but at the same time I’ve seen what looks like exceptional houses not sell. Sure the price is too high, but I can’t see why some of the others end up selling. I should probably request a list of homes sold?

ParticipantThanks all.
Car, FLA is ok. I don’t feel guilty going for an $80 night of Sushi every 2-3 weeks as I am not as pinched as we were in Carlsbad. Overall it isn’t too bad here (now that summer is over). A few really cold days but for an rust-belt Midwesterner no biggie. I actually drive home each day through UCF, and right on past the football stadium. Kind a cool commute.
SD I think keeping them separate is best and frankly going back to Acetia’s first post the liability thing is a concern. Plus I am not going to want to hang around while my kids are still playing, so it can’t very well be a true business. The other minor concern is it’s 21 miles to the office whereas today I am about 8 miles.
