Participant
Where are you seeing rates < 3? I see 3.143% APR at Chase. That seemed about the best I could easily see. I'd welcome recommendations as I'm currently have a 30 yr 4.125 APR I'm thinking of refinancing (to a 15 yr). Cheers, Dave
Try Aimloan.

Participantltsdd, did you ever try Sling TV? I am looking for a way to stream BeIN Sports with no cable subscription.

So if I were to play, my numbers would be 1,2,3,4,5,6
As unintuitive as it may seem, those numbers are just as likely (or unlikely) to hit as any other numbers. It might be worth thinking about whether other people would be likely to pick those numbers though, since you share the pot. Ideally you want a set of numbers that is less likely to be picked by someone else.
I’ve heard 6,5,4,3,2,1 is not picked as often as 1,2,3,4,5,6.

So if your religion believes there is a Dyson DC50 way up in the sky that invented the earth in 16 days and thinks you have to scratch your butt for 5 minutes a day to worship him/her/it, I’m all for it. Just don’t pass any rules saying my kid has to scratch his butt at school for five minutes a day.
Scratching your butt for 5 minutes is small price to pay if it insures you against being sucked in by the almighty Dyson DC50. And it feels good once you master the technique.

ParticipantA group of 8-11y.o. boys are playing street soccer. An 8yo commits a foul (looked like fair tackle to me, but never mind) on an 11yo. The 11yo goes into the house to complain to his mother, who in turn comes out to demand an apology for his 11yo son from the 8yo.
The way I see it, there is a big b*tch and a little b*tch in the story, and the big b*tch is doing no favor to the little b*tch, who is asking to get punished by his peers. I told my son he is not allowed to play soccer with the 11yo, or to complain to me if loses the ball because he sucks at the game.

Participant
I wonder, with proximity to Mexico, if there would be a market for another team that plays REAL football.
Chivas has the lowest attendance in MLS and that is the club that was supposed to capitalize on proximity to Mexico. It would make more sense to have Club Tijuana play some of their games in San Diego.
On the other hand SD Sockers attendance is good, more than 50% of what Chivas generates and there are some decent clubs (Surf, Sharks, Carlsbad) north of 8, so there might be some potential for MLS franchise.all

I think I need to use slightly heavier weights now to bulk up just a bit. I have a small frame and look scrawny sort of.
Congrats on hitting the target so quickly.
It is hard to build up the muscle and lose weight at the same time. If you have your own office you can try doing a set of pushups or chair holds every hour. If somebody walks in on you while you are doing chair holds just tell them you were trying to fart.all
Participant
While at Costco the other day I noticed while walking in that they have “running gloves”, I had to do a double take, why would one need gloves to go running? Maybe if it was freezing out I guess.
Running gloves are for those who find walking on hands too slow.
