Where I want to live becasue of the kids school. It seems like the one common denominator is that I need to be prepared to leave. And bottom line is that I hate to move. I will bring up the repairs in the conversation with my landlord though. Again thank you all for your perspective.

aldanteParticipantMy company is paying the same % as they always have so this is a true increase to me. 12.6%. And my co-pay goes from $20 to $25 (in 2006 it was $10). BTW this is with Kaiser.
