Try to think the same financial setbacks might be existing when house prices skyrocketed. Many are still shokced and helpless, to buy any proper house in proper area where they live, the same stress we are bearing till date paying the huge rents and helpless situation in SD rolling time. I believe the situation prevails forever the only thing is the waiters finally end up and adjusted with trend as losers and can’t make anything to buy in SD or anywhere else in the near future.
