Good site, thanks Perry Chase. I can use this in place of zillow, when I just want the sales info. It’s faster, since it doesn’t ask us to decode the password.

Zillow does not show sales from developers that don’t post on MLS. Often times, Zillow will say “no sales history” because the house was bought directly from the builder.
SDlookup.com shows you all sales.
I love this site. You can do a lookup of a property and then do a quick review (a la amazon). Then prospective buyers can see what you posted. Every person considering buying in SD should do a SDlookup.
November 7, 2006 at 11:03 AM #39401Diego MamaniParticipantI can’t find the house I sold last year. I can’t find the condo where I used to live in the late 90s. Both can be found in Zillow. I’m not sure this SDlookup is that good… BTW I think Zillow has county recorder info, at least for some properties.
December 17, 2006 at 6:15 PM #41952AnonymousGuestI’ve been able to find every property I’ve searched for, including some that Zillow does not have, especially commercial properties and of course non-MLS sales. I can tell SDlookup has been improving their search engine – when it first launched it was very particular about how you had to enter the address, but now it’s much smarter. I love this site, especially how you can post comments on specific properties, and you don’t have to deal with all the retarded secret code word things on Zillow.
December 19, 2006 at 2:14 PM #42079ibjamesParticipantI looked for a house that I bid on but didn’t get a while ago (before I saw the fence) and it wasn’t there.. I know several condos sold in that complex but none are there 🙁
